I would definitely give this condo a 5 star rating!

It is always immaculate!  The view is absolutely beautiful overlooking both the pool and beach. It is a corner unit, so the balcony is extra large with plenty of seating and a dining table and chairs for spending long hours enjoying the outdoors. Being on the 2nd floor allows quick and easy access via the stairwell or elevator. It is the most accessible for getting luggage , groceries, etc into the condo. The decor is absolutely beautiful with granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths, beautiful tile floors throughout and a calm and relaxing beach vibe. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want for a quiet meal if staying in for the evening. The beds are so comfortable and allow for a perfect night’s sleep!

 

We have stayed at many condos at this complex and this one is by far our favorite!

 

My favorite thing about the condo is how beautiful and updated it is with plenty of seating inside and on the balcony. 

 

As for the least favorite thing about the condo I can’t think of a thing that it’s missing or that I would change. 

 

I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. If you’re looking for a beautiful, updated condo in a perfect location this is the condo for you!

THE PERFECT BEACH GETAWAY

This condo is perfect for a beach getaway. We have stayed there a couple of times and it's consistently clean and well maintained. The beach view is stunning! The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is stocked with enough dishes, pots and pans to make dinner for the family. If you like to have your breakfast on the patio and overlook the pool and ocean, this is the place for you! Don't forget to stock the pantry at Rouse's grocery right up the street. It's also stocked with enough towels and extra sheets should you need them. Parking is easy peasy and there is an elevator close to the condo. We can't wait to go back!

COMFORTABLE BEDS - TRULY CAN'T THINK OF A NEGATIVE THING TO SAY ABOUT THIS CONDO

What a wonderful condo! It has top shelf, stylish amenities, and a big thing for me...comfortable beds. The last thing you want is an exhilarating day with the children at the beach and not have a good night's sleep! Speaking of the beach, you are right there with it's sugar sand. Nothing else like it in the country! It has a great, large pool as well. Truly can't think of a negative thing about this lovely condo. I highly recommend this area and this condo.

CLOSE TO SHOPS & RESTAURANTS 

This is a very comfortable and roomy condo in a great location. Nice décor, spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook, comfy beds, and the property is beautiful. Great balcony for enjoying the view and located close to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the state park.

THIS CONDO IS A TREASURE!

This condo is a treasure! We absolutely love spending time here. It is impeccably clean and the décor is light and beachy; very modern. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. 4212 is spacious and easily sleeps 8. We love the 2nd floor corner unit. You are conveniently located close to the seashore which is in view and at night you have a beautiful view of the pool. This is such a special place. A COZY, COMFY DELIGHTFUL STAY

As soon as I walked in the door, I knew this condo was something special. From the carefully chosen decor to the view of the beach and pool, this will be your new go-to when you think of heading to the beach. The front bedroom enjoys a private bath entrance and is quiet and peaceful. There are two beds in the second bedroom with plenty of closet space. The private master which enjoys a balcony view has a comfy king bed with plenty of extra linens and towels. But the balcony had to be my favorite part. Decked out with two areas for sitting—you chose high chairs to glimpse the ocean, or low chairs to cuddle down with a book, you will truly never want to leave.

The area is perfect too. The boardwalk takes you straight to the beach. I grabbed my coffee every morning and headed to watch the sunrise. We found so many wonderful places to eat, shop, play and relax within a few minutes drive of the condo.

​

Rent a bike and explore, or grab your pole and head to the pier, or just take another stroll down to the sand.

​

You can truly do anything or nothing. Lastly, you will find your hosts are incredible people and attentive to every detail. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of "heaven on earth"

I've stayed here a couple of times now and each experience has been fantastic. It feels like a home away from home, but with the added benefit of having the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico practically on your doorstep. Always clean, always comfortable--my only concern is when I can go back!

THIS CONDO IS PERFECT!

This condo is perfect, you won't regret booking here! It's on the second floor so you can skip waiting for the elevator most of the time, and it's right at the top of the stairs which is awesome for less hassle walking and carrying items. The condo itself is furnished beautifully and has everything you need for cooking etc. It is very clean and fresh feel. The view of the pool and beach are wonderful. We are a family of 4, 2 kids 11 and 5 and they loved it so much they asked if we could move in. Can't wait to come back and stay at 4212! Thanks for having such a perfect vacation spot for making memories for years to come!
